Heart of the City (HotC) is the UK’s largest responsible small business network, open to businesses of all sizes. HotC gives companies in London the tools to measurably improve society and demonstrate responsibility. Acting as a membership hub, HotC  makes complex responsible business knowledge (often also known as Corporate Social Responsibility or CSR) easily accessible, allowing the busy professional to easily take informed action.

The members of the HotC network include thousands of professionals from partners in law firms, to marketing managers in recruitment consultancies, HR Directors of IT businesses and founders of design agencies – all learning and collaborating to harness the power of their companies to make a difference.

HotC is looking for a dynamic, forward looking individual to help it develop and sustain the Board’s work programme. HotC is looking for individuals who have a proven track record of building and developing strategic and operational partnerships through effective relationship management. You will have the ability to think strategically, determine priorities for the work and the ability to spot new opportunities. You will also be able to provide strong and confident line management support to staff. This will include maintaining and promoting the highest standards of programme and project management to deliver a quality customer service
