Paul Hamlyn Foundation - Grants Manager

Contract type: Full-time, fixed term post for six months

Reporting to the Senior Grants Manager, the Grants Manager will work closely with organisations that have applied for support from the foundation, focusing on Arts Access and Participation and the Youth Funds, reviewing and assessing all applications and being involved in the decision-making process.

Acting as a primary point of contact the post-holder will also be writing cases-for-support and working closely with colleagues in impact and evaluation, strategy and policy and communications to share intelligence and maximise on cross organisation collaboration.

To be considered for this role we are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of working in a grant making body and ideally within a larger team. An understanding of programme management with arts or youth work is preferred as is experience of using a grants management database.
